Phenomenal guy. I had tried three other tow companies and they either didn't answer or it was a dispatcher who was giving me the run around (driver will call you in five minutes, fifteen later I have to call back). I waited for an hour and half for these other tow companies and never once got ahold of the actual driver. Called Come Get Me Towing and Justin answered on the 2nd ring, he was the driver (and owner I think) told me he was 30 minutes out and gave me an estimate of the tow on that first call. He knew the local shops and almost tried to talk me out of the tow when he got there and asked to hear the car running and told me it might be drivable. He gave me his opinion of what was wrong with the car and offered to stay at the shop with me until my ride came. An absolute stand-up guy and a must-have contact in your phone in the Chicago area in case you need it. I'm from a small town originally and we always try to ask "if it was your kid or grandmother, who would you trust?" Justin is the guy.
